Open Employment Positions:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) responsibilities will include assisting BCBA and/or BCaBA in assessment and implementation of individual treatment plans in the home or clinic setting. Appropriate certification required; assistance with training and testing may be provided. Obtain additional information at BACB Overview of RBT Credentials
  • Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) responsibilities will include assisting the RBT and the BCBA in assessment and implementation of individual treatment plans in the home or clinic setting. Appropriate certification required; assistance with training and testing may be provided. Obtain additional information at BACB Overview of BCaBA Credentials
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsibilities will include designing and implementing appropriate assessment and treatment plans, supervising implementation of plans, analyzing data and making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans, and coordinating general case management, to include parent liaison, and entering billing and inventory per client.   • Clinic Assistant Manager responsibilities will include assistance with scheduling clients and staff, ordering materials, entering and tracking appropriate billing, maintaining inventory and account information
